Out of consultation requests – scripts & referrals
NO script or referral requests will be taken over the phone.
You will need to make an appointment for a consultation
We do not like to interrupt consultation and many phone enquiries can be readily dealt with by our excellent nursing staff. It is therefore our standard practice to have all requests to speak to a doctor, referred first to the nurse on duty.
Recall & Reminders
This practice offers “recalls” & “reminders” via SMS and/or posted letter to patients to promote continuity of care and to ensure best possible health outcomes.
Please inform us if you do not wish to participate.
The North Shore Well Women’s Clinic is run out of the North Shore General Practice.
